What is this role about?
This role will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new business opportunities for Seaoil Philippines. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strategic planning, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, including the preparation and analysis of feasibility studies.
What will YOU do?
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in line with Seaoil’s strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and market evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Lead and manage project development, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of business development initiative
- Prepare and present business proposals, feasibility reports, sales forecasts, and progress reports to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning.
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field), Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, project management, and conducting feasibility studies, preferably within the oil and gas or related industry.
- Must have a background in petroleum industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
- Certification in project management is an advantage.
