What is this role about?
This role will ensure that all station-related concerns reported are communicated, attended to, and resolved.

What will YOU do?

• Address and respond to concerns under Technical Services as requested by respective stations
• Monitor all TSF-related concerns and accomplishments, including pending repairs
• Communicate and document the closing and completion of reported concerns and all accomplishments to the immediate head
• Process the materials under the station’s accountability used during repair and manage the billing process accordingly
• Support the Spare Parts Requisition process to assist technicians with the materials they need
• Maintain the Asset Inventory of stations
• Prepare summary reports for Weekly Meetings, which should contain information on technicians' accomplishments and the weekly / monthly accomplishments / pending repairs
