What is this role about?
The role is responsible for the over-all supervision and management of assigned SEAOIL plant.

What will YOU do? 

• Ensure continuous supply of the major consumables items necessary to conduct the day to day operations of industrial services (i.e. power generation; Biomass: coconut shell/ wood chips /sawdust),wastewater treatment, and production ancillaries)
• Oversee and plan daily plant operations to ensure optimum performance with minimum delay
• Maximize asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining company’s quality standards
• Establish plant policies and procedures
• Develop systems and processes to track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets
• Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and coordinates with other departments
• Implement strategies in alignment with the organization’s strategic initiatives
• Ensure that product quality complies with PNS
• Monitor operations for efficiency safety
• Conduct necessary inspection on the plant

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Must be a licensed Engineer
• At least two - four (2-4) years of related experience in LPG industry/background; people management experience is preferred
• Adept in Computer Technology, Data Analysis, Project Management, Sales, Business Analysis
• Demonstrates strong Teamwork, Time Management, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Creativity, Work Ethic, Collaboration
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
