What is this role about?
The role is responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces by combining the aesthetics of design (UI) with an understanding of user behavior and experience (UX) to ensure that digital products are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable to use.

What will YOU do?

  • Create visually appealing and consistent interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
  • Gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Ensure that design solutions are feasible, aligned with technical constraints, and meet project timelines.
  • Maintain a cohesive design language across all products and platforms.
  • Identify areas for improvement and validate design decisions.


What will YOU need?

  • A graduate of bachelor's degree in a design-related course
  • At least three (3) years of relevant design experience
  • Must have good communication (able to cascade their designs to developers) and presentation skills
  • Must have experience using the following: Adobe Creative Cloud - Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Zeplin, Webflow, Figma/Miro
  • Must have knowledge in using Google Suite
