What is this role about?
This role will use his/her technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of SEAOIL LPG products. The role will serve as a key point of contact for clients and will provide both pre-sales and after-sales advice.
What will YOU do?
- Accountable in ensuring customer growth, development and management within his/her assigned area
- Conduct business development activities such as localized programs, area visits, and active pursuing of new commercial clients to achieve steady volume growth
- Prepare daily performance reports for assigned area as well as monitor competitors' prices and conduct market intelligence reports
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliation and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Assist LPG Operations in Cylinder Inventory and Swapping functions
- Report customer feedback and provide recommendation to enhance customer experience and development
- Assist LPG Operations and Sales Analytics in ensuring all of our cylinder assets are accounted for and utilized efficiently
- Manage the database of our LPG stores and review buying patterns and cylinder rotation rates
- Recommend pricing strategies to propel volume growth while maintaining margin objectives of the area assigned
- Conduct orientation and sales training to new Dealers, customers and their delivery riders. Includes knowledge of acceptable other brand cylinders for conversion to our LPG brand
- Report non-compliant competitors in the area to prevent cross-filling or pirate filling
What will YOU need?
- With at least 2 - 3 years of experience in petroleum, industrial, or chemical industries
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Good networking capability derived from constant area visits
- Preferably with experience in LPG sales
- Highly adaptive to a dynamic sales and marketing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good English written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of basic P&L and sales pipeline management
