What is this role about?
The role is responsible for analyzing and recommending business proposals that will allow the partners and the company to grow and strengthen the brand without sacrificing profitability.

What will YOU do?

• Appoint SeaGas partners that will distribute LPGs aligned to the company's
  objectives, directions, and standards
• Ensure partners and customers are adhering to the safe practices and government mandated regulations
• Directly manage the partner's business plan, profitability and volume growth that will help the company achieve the desired market share
• Manage the cylinder swapping program to partners and ensuring only compliant cylinders are exchanged
• Ensure optimization of all deliveries to help lower down the OPEX
  Ensure maintenance of a clean Trade and non Trade receivables of SEAOIL and its partners
• Ensure monthly achievement of volume and margin targets
• Ensure that there are no overdues per account

  
  

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in any course
• At least three (3) years of related experience in LPG industry/background; people management experience is preferred
• Adept in Computer Technology, Data Analysis, Project Management, Sales, Business Analysis
• Demonstrates strong Teamwork, Time Management, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Creativity, Work Ethic, Collaboration
• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
