What is this role about?
The role is responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating activities designed to grow and protect SEAOIL's market share in the areas served by its retail stations as well as overseeing account acquisition and management activities for SEAOIL's retail sales programs.

What will YOU do?

• Identify business potential and design plans for retail sales programs, including the development, revision, and implementation of frameworks, forms, templates, work instructions, policies, and procedures
• Drive collaboration with all relevant stakeholders for the development, activation, and/or improvement of value-added products/services for retail sales accounts
• Ensure the effective implementation of various SEAOIL retail sales tool offerings
• Supervise the performance of the Retail Sales Team by ensuring the achievement of fuel and lubes sales objectives for branded retail accounts in Luzon as well as timely and accurate preparation and submission of relevant retail sales reports
  
  

What will YOU need?

• At least 2 years of sales supervisory experience  preferably in retail sales
• Willing to do field work as necessary
