What is this role about?
The role is in charge of checking collections/payments through online bank statement and other payment channels and portals, issuing receipts via NetSuite daily, reviewing, generating, and sending Statements of Account to the Internal and External Customers, collecting due and overdue accounts and updating the Customer's AR balance accordingly, and performing account reconciliation and coordinating and communicating with Internal and External Customers if necessary.

What will YOU do?

• Check and verify Customers' payments via Bank Statement (Prepaid Accounts, Franchisee Fee and Cash Bond) and payments from EFTI, Locator and Manpower to ensure that the payment is valid and accurate
• Prepare and submit the customer's Statement of Account/Billing Statement in accordance with the SLA to be able to inform the customer of their approaching due account or sales invoices
• Collect due and overdue accounts and update the Customer's account status accordingly to ensure that payments are collected on time
• Perform account reconciliation and communicate with Internal and External Customers to ensure that the customer's account is updated at all times

What will YOU need?

• At least 6 months of relevant employment experience
• Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration related to Management or Banking and Finance
• Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or even weekends when needed
• Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
