What is this role about?
The role is responsible for maintaining and growing the partnerships and trading operations of the supply team

What will YOU do?

• Coordinate the supply plan within the company's natural working team (NWT) to determine purchasing/volume requirement
• Facilitate discussion with the trading counterparts to secure volume requirement
• Monitor volume performance, prepares report and triggers action from internal stakeholders to fulfill commitment with our partners
• Analyze market data and observes market dynamics to determine buying/trading opportunities 
• Assist in the documentary requirements of any partnership that the company will enter into (e.g. SLAs and commercial terms) 
• Maintain and update weekly reports of Key performance indicators
• Assist in the documentation of new procedures and/or updating of existing policies on trading and partnership 

What will YOU need?

• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in supply chain - with people management experience
  
• Must have good attention to detail, market research, and business performance analytical skills
