What is this role about?
The role ensures accurate and timely documentation of trades, maintaining detailed records of trading activities, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders.

What will YOU do?

• Coordinate the supply plan within the company's natural working team (NWT) to determine purchasing/volume requirement
• Facilitate discussion with the trading counterparts to secure volume requirement
• Monitor volume performance, prepares report and triggers action from internal stakeholders to fulfill commitment with our partners
• Analyze market data and observes market dynamics to determine buying/trading opportunities
• Assist in the documentary requirements of any partnership that the company will enter into (e.g. SLAs and commercial terms)
• Maintain and update weekly reports of Key performance indicators
• Assist in the documentation of new procedures and/or updating of existing policies on trading and partnership

What will YOU need?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business management, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related discipline.
• With 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in trading
  Knowledgeable with supply chain transactions, specifically on trade and operations
• Willing to work on weekends and/or holidays as needed
