What is this role about?
This role is critical in aligning internal supply plans with external trading activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to define volume requirements, engaging with trading partners to secure supply, and monitoring performance against commitments. It also includes analyzing market trends to identify trading opportunities, supporting documentation of partnerships, and maintaining operational reports and procedures to ensure effective execution of supply and trading strategies.
What will YOU do?
- Collaborate with the Natural Working Team (NWT) to align and determine supply and purchasing volume requirements
- Interact with trading counterparts to secure required supply volumes and support the execution of supply strategies
- Monitor actual versus planned supply volumes, generate performance reports, and prompt internal actions to ensure compliance with partner commitments
- Evaluate market data and monitor dynamics to identify timely buying and trading opportunities that optimize supply value
- Assist in the preparation and review of partnership agreements, including SLAs and commercial terms
- Update regularly and manage weekly reports on key performance indicators relevant to supply and trading activities
- Contribute to the creation and revision of trading-related procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as a point of contact among internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply commitments and trading plans
- Assist in ensuring that all trading and partnership-related documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements
- Deliver administrative and analytical support for trading activities, contributing to overall team effectiveness
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business management, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related discipline.
- With 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in trading
- Must be knowledgeable with supply chain transactions, specifically on trade and operations
