What is this role about?
The Station Turnover and Rollout / Franchising Coordinator will support the business objectives of the company by maintaining complete and accurate records and databases pertaining to our initiatives related to station turnover and rollout, and franchising of SEAOIL's Company-Owned and Company-Operated (COCO) stations.

What will YOU do?

  • Update documents, databases, and other templates to support activities related to station turnover (openings and closures), and COCO franchising and renewal.
  • Ensure the completion and submission of regular reports to provide timely updates to the members and leaders of the team.
  • Monitor all franchise leads from source
  • Provide regular updates on the status of pending applications of franchisees
  • Coordinate the sales process with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Create contracts in coordination with Legal Services and Enterprise Marketing and Pricing Departments for renewal and newly acquired operators
  • Monitor performance of operators or dealers in coordination with Branded Retail Team and Enterprise Marketing and Pricing Department


    What will YOU need?

    • At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
    • Preferably with experience in oil and gas, retail, or manufacturing industries
