What is this role about?
The role is responsible for assisting the overall locator acquisition process by ensuring that all documentary requirements are complied by the locator. This also includes drafting the renewal of lease offers, requesting for locator sublease contract drafting, and managing the upkeep of 201 files.

What will YOU do?

• Ensure the proper filing and upkeep of 201 files (digital / hard copies) to properly document account history and movement
• Ensure the timely release and submission of contract drafts to secure the Notarized Sublease Contracts of locators
• Secure an increase in Annual Locator Rent Income to increase LAM Profitability
• Perform the Locator Acquisition Process for it to be duplicatable among peers and more efficient from signing to store opening of the locator
• Coordinate with the Locator Acquisition and Management Officers / Managers for the review of locator accounts and the early release of renewals to sustain occupancy rate and income generation
• Assist LAM Officers to ensure the timely approval of incentives
• Assist in the Dealer Share process to maintain good relationships with Dealers in ensuring that rental shares are released on time
  

  
  

What will YOU need?

• With at least 6 months to 1 year of leasing and/or contract management employment experience
• Must be willing to do fieldwork as necessary
• Experience in oil and gas, retail, manufacturing, or other related industries is an advantage
