What is this role about?
The role is responsible for managing the stations and station personnel under his or her assigned stations

What will YOU do?

• Ensure compliance with the company's operational policies and procedures 

• Conduct regular operations audits in handled stations to ensure their compliance to SEAOIL's procedures, policies, and guidelines

• Ensure compliance to national and local government permits and reports 

• Act as an intermediary between handled stations and SEAOIL departments 

• Coordinate with franchisees on matters related to the Franchise Agreement and the company’s policies and procedures

• Ensure that stations, personnel, dealers and customers are supervised and managed accordingly

• Train all Station Managers/Heads on standard station operations, customer service, and marketing programs

• Monitor and analyzes station’s profitability to include sales, OPEX and working capital (for dealer-operated stations)

• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Team regarding profitability

• Provide assistance to the Franchise Conversion Team to give assistance in assessment and deliberation of new site to market and nearby Seaoil stations in the area

  
  

What will YOU need?

• Open to fresh graduates of any course

• Must have a valid driver's license - manual transmission

• Strong familiarity in Mindanao area

• Experience in retail is an advantage
