What is this role about?
This role will support the cost reduction program and initiatives of the company as well as supervise the inbound operations unit, optimally and efficiently. 

What will YOU do?

  • Prepare the marine voyage performance analysis to get the optimal base freight, reduction in freight for underperformance of chartered vessel, avoidance of oil loss variance
  • Compute and validate marine freight billing (including - Voyage expenses and Port Charges per location)
  • Recommend operational improvement to achieve smooth execution of the company's overall plans 
  • File shortage claim (loss, leakage/contamination of terminal/depot/owned retail stations) and in transit claims

    What will YOU need?

    • At least 3 - 4 years of relevant employment experience - with at least 1 year of people management experience
    • Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management, or other related courses
    • Must be amenable to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
