What is this role about?
This role will manage local and import operations — including vessel vetting, shipment monitoring and document verification, load/disport surveyor nomination and accruals, demurrage calculation and reconciliation — and files Claims (demurrage, PC excess, freight/port reimbursements, surveyor bills).
What will YOU do?
Assist local and import operations to ensure the needs of Planning are captured and applied accordingly - managing local and import LPSR/DPSR, vessel vetting and shipment monitoring, and surveyor nominations
Process administration activities for smooth back-end operations and compliance to internal team - process accruals, demurrage calculation and reconciliation, and EPR filings for claims and reimbursements.
What will YOU need?
At least 1 year of relevant employment experience - preferably with people management experience as well
Must have strong level of experience in supply chain management
Preferably with background in data and business analysis
