What is this role about?
This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies and programs aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the market presence of SEAOIL by selling fuel and lubricant products to a diverse range of customers, including distributors and industrial accounts. He/She shall provide leadership and guidance to a team of Commercial Account Officers to ensure achievement of individual and departmental KPIs.

What will YOU do?

• Achieve revenue and market expansion targets to establish and grow the company's presence in the assigned territory or region

• Manage accounts to strengthen customer relationships and facilitate mutual success

• Lead the assigned territory or region to drive team success and meet the objectives

• Perform assigned administrative functions and ensure compliance to integrity mandate

• Identify process improvements to enhance customer service

 What will YOU need?

• At least 2- 3 years of relevant experience

• Preferably with background in petroleum, industrial, or chemical industries

•  Has to have a network of industrial accounts, clients in the industrial industries (shipping, power and energy, transport, manufacturing, agricultural)

•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

•  Must have valid driver's license, can drive manually transmission vehicles

• Must have strong familiarity in NCR and South Luzon

•  Experience in selling lubricants as well as background in sales pipeline management (database of leads) is an advantage
