What is this role about?
The role will operationalize commercial Trading contracts (swap,sales and purchases) in terms of ensuring smooth transactions, monitoring lifting schedule and volume, volume and price reconciliation as well as payables are processed by both parties accurately and timely.

What will YOU do?

• Ensure accreditation of various SEAOIL vessels and trucks with suppliers and/or customers
• Create, coordinate, and monitor voyage order nomination and send to all stakeholders. Advise of details such as vessel/truck, product, volume, loadport and discharge port, PO/SO numbers and other instructions
• Prepare purchase/sales using NetSuite - input the agreed supplier, quantity, price, payment term, etc
• Monitor PO/SO volumes - ensure contracted volumes are lifting within agreed lifting/delivery period
• Ensure payments are processed in an accurate timely manner

What will YOU need?

• Between 2 - 3 years of relevant employment experience, with at least 1 year of people management experience
• Preferably with experience working in oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, or other related industries
• Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering
