What is this role about?
The role is responsible for providing various administrative support and assistance to all SEAOIL employees.

What will YOU do?

  • Manage all repair and maintenance needs of all company offices nationwide
  • Manage minor renovation projects for all company offices nationwide
  • Schedule and monitor implementation of all required preventive maintenance works for nationwide offices
  • Accreditation of suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance works
  • Management of security for all offices and warehouse/s
  • Facilitate contract review and endorsement for approval
  • Evaluation of performance of contract provider
  • Accreditation of security agency and janitorial services
  • Management of housekeeping services for nationwide offices 
  • Mail room and asset management
  • Management of transfer for all assents - physical inventory and tagging of company assets.
  • Management of all related payments

What will YOU need?

  • At least 5 years of employment experience in general administration, office management or other related fields
  • Engineering graduate
