What is this role about?
This role will facilitate and implement various recruitment initiatives by the company to ensure timely delivery of talent acquisition requirements. 

What will YOU do?

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring/screening criteria
• Lead pre-briefs to align on roles and qualifications, facilitate debriefs for hiring decisions with stakeholders
• Identify and implement efficient and effective sourcing and recruiting methods based on the nature of the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• 
  Prepare and conduct job offers of roles up until Supervisory level by collaborating with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process
• Identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Ensure quality and timely endorsements for assigned requisitions

What will YOU need?

• At least 5 years of relevant employment experience for both volume and corporate requisitions
• Effective communication skills - both in written and oral format
• Strong background and knowledge of candidate search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), applicant tracking systems as well as current recruitment trends and strategies
• Intermediate Excel skills and can interpret various data sets and make sound recommendations
