What is this role about?
This role will monitor, summarize, and analyze all accounting-related transactions of company-owned and company-operated (COCO) retail stations.
What will YOU do?
- Daily review and checking of IMMT report
- Prepare and and reconcile Sales Volume, Final Sales Ledger, Freight Income and Freight Out Expense
- Prepare Inventory Analysis and Inventory Costing for the month
- Encode inventory movements and cost in the system
- Prepare Journal Entries for assigned account as well as various Government Reports - ORB and Liquidation Reports, DOE Reports and Issuance of Withdrawal Certificate
- Prepare various management and month end reports - Inventory Variance Table, Cost Monitor and Depot Variance Table
What will YOU need?
- Accountancy graduate - at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Effective communication skills
