What is this role about?
This role will ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates across all of SEAOIL openings by utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, partnerships, branding initiatives, and other applicable sourcing activities.

What will YOU do?

• Review & understand job descriptions to ensure rightful sourcing of qualified candidates
• Provide talent pool availability through market scan for hard to find and niche profiles
• Manage sourcing channels, including relevant social media platforms to source candidates
• Build a wide network of potential candidates using different platforms to ensure hiring of top talents
• Participate in lead generation activities through various sourcing channels covering online job boards, social media pages. referrals. agencies, universities & job fairs
• Attract passive candidates for niche & critical positions and build a talent pool in preparation for future requisitions
• Promote & manage the company brand through the use of different social media & sourcing platforms
• Create job advertisements with the goal of attracting the right talent. & promoting the company brand
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure that all sourcing allocations are properly utilized and updated in the systemCreate sourcing reports including but not limited to sourcing funnel, yield rate, source per hire

What will YOU need?

• At least 2 years of solid sourcing experience for both corporate and non-corporate roles, preferably in BPO, IT, or other related industries
• Above-average communication skills both in writing and speaking
• Highly-creative with basic understanding of Canva or other online graphic design tools
• Social media savvy - must have experience in using social media for recruitment and sourcing purposes
• Ability to create and interpret sourcing data as well as forecast probable sourcing trends
• Willingness to travel to attend local and university job fairs
• Preferably with experience in sourcing for volume and regional openings
