What is this role about?
The role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brands and organizations to increase the company’s media exposure and revenue through joint marketing programs.

What will YOU do?

• Act as the liaison between the company and brand partners in developing joint programs that will benefit the company and its partners
• Negotiate contracts and/or agreements with brand partners and determine areas for performance improvements
• Create sales or marketing literature such product presentations, informational brochures, training materials, etc. that will be used by internal and external stakeholders
• Recommend targeted promotional activities using data from the company’s existing customer relationship management platform (i.e., VIP) and other sources of customer data
• Perform quantitative and qualitative market intelligence activities (i.e., capturing, analyzing, and reporting industry trends, competitors’ capabilities, and consumer insights) to identify key issues and opportunities that can be maximized
• Spot market opportunities by identifying current consumer issues and behavior, and connecting these insights to how tactical marketing activities should be prioritized
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization and external partners to design and implement tactical market activation projects
  

  
  

What will YOU need?

• At least 3 years of relevant employment experience, with at least a year of people management experience 
• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
• Preferably with experience working in oil and gas, FMCG, banking, or other related industries
