What is this role about?
This role will analyze financial data in order to calculate ratios and to compare financial indices of one company against those of another company (or against the company's own historical performance).

What will YOU do?

  • Develop analysis and feasibility templates related to the inclusion of the Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) business in selected stations to ensure that all necessary facets of the NFR business are captured and taken into consideration for the proper and accurate analysis of each site's profitability
  • Generate financial projections for all Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) business expansion projects to ensure that the NFR business in identified stations will contribute to its profitability and payback.
  • Review and report actual Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) business performance to monitor actual locator performance vs target/commitment 
  • Develop and maintain the Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) business database to monitor actual locator performance vs target/commitment

    What will YOU need?

    • Between 3 - 4 years of relevant employment experience, preferably with industry background in real estate, retail, oil, gas, and other related industries
    • Strong project management, negotiation, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills
    • Willing to do field work as necessary 
    • Educational background in Accountancy, Finance, or other related courses - CPA is an advantage
