What is this role about?
The role will assist the Executive Director in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of SFI's programs in Mindanao directly with implementing partners or indirectly by providing advising, consulting and administrative supervision to area-based staff in Marawi City, General Santos City and Alabel and Maasim in Sarangani province.

What will YOU do?

• Achieve outputs and outcomes of SFI programs to improve food security status and incomes of households in SFI areas of operations 
• Supervise area-based officers and staff to improve performance of staff in the delivery of services expected of them in program implementation, monitoring and evaluation 
• Manage data, documentaries , monitoring & evaluation reuslts and knowledge arising from program implementation to build new body of knowledge on food security and contribute to SFI's efforts in developing new Knowledge Products
• Build partnerships and working relations with communities, LGUs and other stakeholders to secure institutional arrangements, policy support and resources for the implementation, continuity and sustainability of SFI programs

What will YOU need?

• At least 2 years of relevant employment experience
• Must have background working in the field of agriculture and/or fisheries
• Strong project and people management experience
