What is this role about?
The role is responsible for processing key account applications to validate enrolled accounts of RSMs. 

What will YOU do?

  • Monitor tickets received and process disputes, fleet account and SPI card request & issues to coordinate with our internal and external customers regarding fleet concerns/requests
  • Receive and submit BDO manual charge slips from stations nationwide manual charge slips received by Marketing
  • Generate monthly / yearly sales or volume of each account, maintaining of performance monitoring in G.Drive to provide an updated numbers to be used in the reports and to capture volume for SPF renewals
  • Administer SPI Fleet Card Manager's Portal (fleetcard.seaoil.com.ph) and account enrollment in portal to manage the list of new enrolled fleet accounts
  • Review and analyze SPF application and renewals to provide an actual volume
  • Update all Retails Sales databases
  • Create performance report weekly to provide an actual performance of each RSM
  • Prepare and submit account reimbursement


    What will YOU need?

    • Open to fresh graduates of Business, Management, Marketing, and other related courses
    • Willing to do fieldwork as needed
    • Willing to be assigned in Davao area
