What is this role about?
The role is responsible for leading and managing a team of IT professionals in providing support for our Company's applications. The role will involve overseeing the availability, stability, and optimal performance of the NetSuite system, as well as Lifecycle Management and driving continuous improvement and innovation for the other Corporate Applications Solutions.

What will YOU do?

• Ensure to document and understand the configuration of the application from a technical and business perspective
• Support requests related to area of responsibility
• Review change requests ensuring proper approvals and complete directives from process or data owners before the implementation
• Implement changes that require admin roles following the ITS Change Workflow
• Ensure to continuously learn the tools and capabilities of the application technology to maximize the benefits and achieve business goals
• Provide daily reports and dashboards for monitoring KPIs, resource capacity demand and system performance efficiency
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for Applications Solutions
• Develop and manage performance metrics for the assigned team, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify areas for improvement
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

  
  

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as NetSuite Administrator (either in-house or as third party)
