What is this role about?
The role is responsible for processing key account applications to validate enrolled accounts of RSMs. 

What will YOU do?

• Process key account application related to BDO Fleet, Pricelocq and credit application to Credit Team to validate enrolled accounts of RSMs
• Monitor tickets received and process disputes, fleet account and SPI card request & issues
• Generate reports related to the sales or volume of each account on a regular basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.,) and maintains performance monitoring databases
• Administer SPI Fleet Card Manager's Portal (fleetcard.seaoil.com.ph) and account enrollment in portal to manage the list of new enrolled fleet accounts
• Review and analyze SPF (Switching Program Form) application and renewals
• Update all Retails Sales databases; Create performance report weekly to provide an actual performance of each RSM
• Coordinate with other departments for various retail sales concerns, as needed

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of a four-year course relating to Business Management/Administration or equivalent, and from reputable universities
• At least one (1) year of experience in administrative work, which involved communicating and coordinating with internal and external customers/stakeholders, preferably from the retail industry
• Demonstrates strong attention to details, organizing skills, customer service skills, and adaptability/flexibility
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
