What is this role about?
The role is responsible in providing assistance to the onboarding team to ensure seamless onboarding experience of newly hired SEAOIL employees. 

What will YOU do? 

• Facilitate the end-to-end processing of pre-employment requirements (medical certificate, government-mandated documents, etc.)  
• Conduct background checking of applicants before their start date by coordinating with their character references provided
• Administer all pre-employment and onboarding activities by coordinating with respective departments within SEAOIL (ID and work tools issuance, ATM and bank application for new hires, onboarding date, etc.)
• Spearhead the proper upkeep of assigned 201 files
• Update and monitor pre-employment requirements completion to ensure its accuracy and timeliness 
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need? 

• At least 1 year of relevant employment experience - onboarding, end-to-end processing of employment requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have project management and administrative experience 
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Human Resource or other related courses
