What is this role about?
The role will oversee and manage the operational activities of the depot, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies. It includes supervising personnel, maintaining equipment and facilities, leading emergency response efforts, managing community relations, and supporting marketing objectives. The role also encourages innovation and fosters a safe, effective workplace that contributes to customer satisfaction and team performance.
What will YOU do?
Ensure all staff meet individual tasks and contribute to team goals, with monthly performance reviews and KPI tracking.;
Monitor all product and non-product movements, ensuring they are properly documented, recorded, and authorized.;
Execute maintenance and housekeeping programs, ensuring assets remain in good condition and minimizing operational delays.;
Enforce enforce company policies, guidelines, and procedures, and conduct regular compliance checks.;
Comply standard procedures for expense tracking, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all reports and documents.;
Develop skills and readiness for fire and oil spill response, conduct regular drills, and ensure pre-incident plans are in place.;
Ensure the use of standardized forms and maintain compliance with IMS requirements for all internal documentation.;
Lead safety meetings, conduct training, and ensure Emergency Response Teams are well-prepared for any situation.;
Represent the company positively in the community and participate in environmental and local government activities.;
Serve as Pollution Control Officer, ensuring compliance with DENR regulations and backing up PCO duties when necessary.;
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
At least 5 years of relevant employment experience - with at least 2 years of people management experience
Engineering graduate
Trainings/certifications in: OSH, COSH, or BOSH training certification, PCO training (DENR accredited, Fire Safety Training (BFR accredited),Maritime port compliance (MARINA, PPA)
Willing to be assigned in General Santos City
