What is this role about?
This role will monitor, summarize, and analyze all accounting-related transactions of company-owned and company-operated (COCO) retail stations.


What will YOU do?

  • Uploads, monitor, and review daily sales report (DSR) submitted by stations to Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP)
  • Review updates, monitor, analyze and reconcile fuel and lubes inventories of Company-Owned and Company-Operated (COCO) retail stations
  • Handle cash collection of sales invoice uploaded in Systems, Applications and Products (SAP)
  • Reconcile bank credits (collections)
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time


    What will YOU need?

    • Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any other related courses
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Strong level of attentiveness to details
    • At least 6 months to 1 year of related employment experience
