What is this role about?
This role will administer and manage various relevant activities to ensure high quality of customer service and profitability and continuous growth of the handled stations. 

What will YOU do?

• Ensure compliance with the company's operational policies and procedures such as, but not limited to: customer service, station cleanliness and maintenance, station equipment maintenance, inventory management, and marketing programs

• Conduct regular operations audits in handled stations to ensure their compliance to SEAOIL's procedures, policies, and guidelines

• Ensure compliance to national and local government permits and reports

• Act as an intermediary between handled stations and SEAOIL departments to address concerns.

• Coordinate with franchisees on matters related to the Franchise Agreement and the company’s policies and procedures

• Supervise performance and train all handled Station Managers/Heads

• Ensure handled stations' profitability by monitoring and analyzing all relevant information needed

• Provide assistance to the Franchise Conversion Team in terms of gathering of documentation requirements related to the conversion of sites.

• Perform other tasks that are necessary to ensure the proper operations of handled stations

What will YOU need?

• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in Retail Operations and Sales (preferably from the Retail Industry)

• With valid Driver's License and can drive a manual transmission vehicle
