What is this role about?
The Corporate Audit Officer performs the end-to-end auditing of the head office / affiliates' operating practices, reports, and records to ensure its compliance with established internal control policies and procedures.

What will YOU do?

• Execute the audit procedures for the engagement to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls
• Familiarize with the process under review to support audit observations and conclusions
• Prepare Kick-Off Meeting material for presentation during the sitdown
• Prepare initial and final audit reports to be presented to stakeholders
• Analyze audit evidence to assess risk levels and compliance with the set internal controls of the department
• Communicate clearly the purpose and reason for raising an audit issue when there are disagreements to meet halfway and ensure both parties' needs and concerns are accounted for
• Prepare walkthroughs and presentation of audit results to communicate what was observed during review that needs attention 
• Update the risk register file to reflect up-to-date information as a result of changes in the processes and to insert new or inapplicable risks identified
• Identify new risks as a result of the review to reflect additional matters not considered before

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting or any related Accountancy course
• At least 1 year of experience in internal / external auditing, procure-to-pay
• Adept in auditing and variance analysis
• Willing to do field work as necessary
