What is this role about?

This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the boiler to support CME plant operations. This person will function as a boiler operator and plant maintenance technician.

What will YOU do?

• Ensure that the boiler runs as planned safely and efficiently.
• Observe pressure, temperature, and draft meters on panel to verify specified operation of automatic combustion control systems, feed water regulators, stoker, pulverizer, and fuel grates.
• Turns valves and adjust controls to set specific fuel feed, draft openings, water level, and steam pressure of boiler.
• Operate and monitor boiler operation and make the necessary adjustments to ensure there is enough fuel feed, draft opening, water level to attain the required steam pressure of the boiler.
• Perform key tests on blow bys and treat boiler feed water with chemicals needed in the operation of the boiler in coordination with his supervisor.
• Perform other job related tasks as will be assigned by his superior
  
  

What will YOU need?

• Open for fresh graduates - must be a graduate of Engineering
• Experience working as a Boiler Technician is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in PLC or DCS
• Must be willing to work in CME Plant - Irasan, Roxas, Zamboanga
